Why should I have to text Jacquelene after making a booking? Why aren't appointments confirmed by email?
In order for Jacquelene to phone you for your booked phone call reading, or to be able to call you if you're running late for an in person appointment or lost on your way there, you need to have provided the correct mobile number for her to contact you on.
Makes sense, right? No? okay, feel welcome to read on, here then.... - 45 minutes is now left aside for all new in person clients, but it's your choice to proceed and continue, and for how long up to that time :- As so much can be covered, but the energy flows better if you aren't trying to constrain the amount of time utilised, in all new client private appointments booked by phone for face to face, an hour is set aside regardless. Most new clients stay the hour. That said...
If you don't like Jacquelene's style of reading in the first few minutes, say so, Jacquelene will happily refund you and send you home.
But when you stay after the first few minutes, you only for the amount of time you choose to utilise, with up to the time set aside.
It is kind of weird and illogical if you say you are very happy with the reading, stay for the full time, but ask for a refund, and then want to book another reading. For this reason, Jacquelene will ensure she has asked you if she has covered everything, and will ensure you have responded positively before ending the booking, the recording, and accepting payment of the balance, where a deposit has been paid, if relevant to the booking type. - When you make a booking with Jacquelene, an intention of healing energy goes out to you
Same day bookings might not be possible, and insistence on same day bookings doesn't take in the full opportunity of healing possible

The intention of healing energy commences from the moment you book and continues through to your arrival at your appointment, and at times continues long after your appointment with Jacquelene.
While some people think that an appointment is only meant to happen if it happens straight away, most times you need to book in advance to get an appointment, because Jacquelene has other pre-booked clients to consult for, and also for the full benefit of what is possible to happen.
At times clients find that after they booked, the focus of their original reason for booking changes and deepens significantly. This is because an energy shift can start happening upon your commitment and before your appointment, it can build momentum leading up to your booking, so that by the time of your booking, what is really deeply important becomes the focus, instead of what seemed important at the minute you booked.
It is important that you are in the right space for your appointment so you can properly take in the message that is there for you at the time of your reading, and this can be why you may need to wait for your booking to come around, or why you may suddenly get in earlier, or even need to change your appointment to a later date.
Where sufficient notice is given before a booking to change the time, this is accommodated as best as is possible. Where you felt you needed a last minute booking despite never having had an appointment it can be why that booking either comes up straight away, or it can be why you have to book in advance, because you need to take time, or the “right time” is more of a space, mindset, intention, and an energy. - Bookings with deposits Some readings are paid in full and others are by deposit with balance at the booking. A lower fee is charged for full payment upfront, and a higher fee is a deposit and balance.
Your booking is only confirmed upon payment in full or of the deposit. Any changes to your appointment requires 48 hours notice which must be by text mms to Jacquelene on Mobile 0439488558 only. Jacquelene commits to your booking by prepaying all travel, accommodation, office and shop rental, and other overhead expenses involved in order to service your appointment and all face to face bookings.
Jacquelene has no other "day job," this is her solo income which supports her family. In return - to the community at large - that income provides Jacquelene the ability to create and participate in grassroots voluntary, charity, community services, and public events that benefit as many people as possible. Therefore if you don't pay a deposit and aren't responsive bout payment in the booking preocess, your appointment is not guaranteed. If you pay the deposit but forget your appointment or make a last minute cancellation for trivial reasons, your deposit will not automatically be refunded, nor your appointment automatically agreed to be re-booked. - Your intention of making a booking:-
Honesty, mutual trust, and respect is important. Rarely, requests are refused or Jacquelene might stop, on rare occasions, in the first few minutes. Here are some reasons why that might happen.
We can cover quite a lot in a 1 hour session if you have prepared, but "I don't know, whatever" isn't really a topic area for any psychic to adequately cover for you. If you have no real reason for booking a psychic, or are doing it as a "piss take,"its really not advised. If you do not feel comfortable with having a reading, you should not proceed. Mostly, Jacquelene will just cancel if what you are doing seems detrimental to you or to the booking. The intention is what you put forth and informs your energy that any psychic will read off. Remember that, no matter who you consult. And, only book those you feel drawn to and comfortable with. - Recording and remembering your reading:-
Please feel welcome to take notes or audio record, or a combination of both.
Jacquelene is a full time psychic and contributes as a regular media commentator for topics in her field, also appearing at events Australia wide. She has also trained herself to detach from contents of appointments after the closing of a booking, or enquiry discussion. As a result, Jacquelene won't recall your reading afterwards, and may not necessarily recall a client afterwards. It is the best way to ensure your details remain confidential, because if Jacquelene can't recall it, then your reading is even confidentially held away from her as well.
Please challenge, question or seek clarification of anything said during your session at the time it is said, it's only fair.
AUDIO recording is encouraged whether on your smart phone or other audio recording equipment.
Batteries and charging facilities are not provided or sold as part of the reading, be well prepared.
Please also understand how to use your own recording device BEFORE you leave home or work to go to your appointment, especially if you arrive early.
Recording on your smart phone :
Please feel welcome, once in the appointment, to take a seat and immediately start the recording to make the most of your booked time.
All smart phones so far experienced record for at least an hour on voice recording apps that are part of the device's default factory settings.
As there are a number of different phone brands and models in existence, showing you how to use your specific phone to record can take significant time out of your appointment. Please at least, before your booking, look under either : - Utilities, extras, or simply under your factory installed "apps" for either : - Voice record, voice memo, or voice notes. Depending on your phone brand and model this app will look either like a white and black heart monitor, an old style microphone, or it may even look like a white box with a red circle in the centre.
Check it out well before you come to your booking, or visit your phone service providers retail outlet for help using your phone.
Every smart phone in existence has a voice recording app installed by default, and the default app records for at least the hour of the reading.
"Siri" and "Voice search" are not recording devices. Downloading recording apps off the internet at our appointment is not recommended, some phone voice record apps on the internet take a while to download and then only record for a few minutes at a time.
Video recording of any kind is not allowed ever, for face to face or video readings.
( Not even if you cover the monitor and want to record audio only on a while using a video device, nor video recording app on your phone. )
If you persist with video recording apps or devices - especially after being asked to stop and change to audio - the booking will end immediately. - Eye contact
Jacquelene is not relying on your facial expressions to do your reading, you can always book a phone reading if you want to ensure that isn't coming into your reading. In face to face readings, Jacquelene may look around the room, behind, or around different parts of your aura while reading for you instead of spending lots of time making direct eye contact. Why? Because of what she is seeing and experiencing energetically while reading for you, and is very sensitive to your energy. - Concerned about accuracy? ** If you want to book a fixed 15 minute face to face private reading and you have never consulted Jacquelene before, please instead either book a phone or skype video reading, or have your reading at the next public event Jacquelene will appear at. - Please don't overshare with Jacquelene before your booking, a psychic is meant to tell you about you : -
When calling to book, please do not give intimate details of your life, nor lengthy discussion, Jacquelene is an ethical professional and will be forced to decline your request. You can always book a healing session if this happens. - Understand how your psychic works:-
Psychics of all kinds are all different to each other.
Please have read and understood the particular reading type you booked and what is and is not involved before you arrive. (links on the top of the page). This is so you can get the most out of your booked session by understanding how that psychic works in that type of session.
It helps if you have written important dates of birth down, as it saves time tuning in and allows Jacquelene to cover far more in the time.
People are always surprised at how they forget dates of birth in a reading when so much information is given rapidly in a session with Jacquelene.
Sometimes people expect a bit of a pizza style reading "A bit of this and a bit of that." Jacquelene doesn't work that way. Please choose the reading style most appropriate to your needs...
A lady once asked Jacquelene is she could do a "general" reading. Jacquelene refused the booking, saying, "Sorry, no, I really prefer to remain specific." - Avoid being addicted to advice or seeing psychics every other moment:-
Usually it's preferred to leave at least six months between readings, but, Jacquelene doesn't mind providing a few psychic readings in short succession for someone specifically for empowerment, coaching, or if they have multiple complex areas of concern to help them confront and overcome deep, personal or professional challenges.
At times Jacquelene will refer a client back to their medical doctor or counsellor, or another specialist, and then limit them from utilising her services for a period of time. This will happen especially where she identifies the client is consulting multiple psychics, and causing themselves financial distress due to excessive usage of psychics. Six months between readings doesn't mean six months between readings spread across multiple psychics. It means six months between any readings, anywhere. It's not advisable to be going to psychics so often that you can't help yourself but say "That is (or isn't) what the other psychic said" to every topic and area you want covered. - Missing persons or missing pets:-
This service is provided as a very specialised and UNPAID service. This is offered with specific requirements that are given on a private link to relevant representatives. This service is only for the use of the direct family of a missing person, or the direct owners of a missing pet.
Note this is an appointment all on its own, you need to talk to Jacquelene first before coming to an appointment for this so that appropriate verification can be done, requirements given, including what to bring with you. If you have already booked a predictive reading but you want help with a missing person's or missing pet, please immediately contact Jacquelene for further instructions, before proceeding with the booking. A different appointment time may be necessary.
Why haven't you heard about what cases Jacquelene has worked on? Because Jacquelene considers public reaction, back lash, and distraction when it is mentioned that psychics are working on a case, and despite having worked high profile cases not limited to Australia, Jacquelene has always kept the confidences of families involved. Jacquelene has not participated in television series to do with live murder or missing persons cases as the danger of perpetrators locating her or her family is a real thing to consider. - Mediumship:-
This is usually a session on its own, however presently this is being incorporated into Predictive Readings, where it is relevant. If you don't mind allowing for passed over loved ones to come forth naturally without force, then you can book a predictive reading and see what happens, as long as there are other matters you want to look at in the appointment also. However, if you do want specifically to ONLY connect with specific passed over loved ones - and you only want to hear from the individuals you want to hear from and not who is present for you at the time of your booking - then, sorry, Jacquelene is working not taking further new names to place on the wait list for that service at the moment. - Confidentiality and safety for all -
Your appointment information is not shared with anyone else. Other people's confidential appointment information will not be shared with you.

If you are a respondent in a case or court order, while Jacquelene will refuse to locate the other party for you, she will be compassionate to your well-being, but will operate the appointment within firm boundaries to avoid encouraging a breach of any orders you may be subject to.
If you have booked an appointment in order to surveil or locate someone named in an court order, please cancel, and seek specialised domestic violence counselling, and appropriate, qualified anger management training immediately. If you have read this, and this applies to you and you still come to your appointment asking to locate someone named in a court order, your appointment will be stopped immediately on that subject being broached.

Psychics can only be as accurate as you are honest, and can only read off the energy and intentions you present with at the time of your reading, the choice is ultimately yours.
