In the booking confirmation process as well as secondly, at the start of all readings for new clients, it is explained how Jacquelene works. You have the right- and are expected to- raise any clarification or communication issues you may be experiencing at the time of your reading there and then.

1. Giving back to the community, while providing a way for those who cannot afford readings to obtain that.
2. Providing community spiritual and psychic educational opportunities through the presentations she introduces relevant tips and tools.

People can see Jacquelene's work and accuracy for themselves via the radio show and at her demonstrations, rather than asking in an enquiry call or email for Jacquelene to prove herself because there is plenty of public opportunity for them to ascertain this and also because the first few minutes of a new client's reading already provide proof anyway... After those first few minutes you only pay for the amount of time you choose to utilise.

Because some positive online reviews have gone missing from google, and yellow pages, much to the shock of the clients placing their feedback there, we have in response screen shotted several and posted some here for posterity in case more of the positive ones go missing than already has.
Note:- Jacquelene also usually places the testimonial book and another book containing her media articles on her table at her stand at expos for you to view for yourself, or it's often available on request at her stand and the best part is you can see for yourself, in person, that it's all real.
Professionalism and ethics in self promotion on the internet

Jacquelene- and other renowned psychics in the field who are ethical and have standing- support their peers and colleagues. They don't use the internet to anonymously defame other psychics publicly in a cynical and UNETHICAL attempt to promote themselves, nor do we allow this activity from clients...... But don't be surprised when our clients show us their support.

Jacquelene is always happy to hear feedback from genuine clients who have utilized her services. If Jacquelene is told by a client about a genuine complaint about her work, she is more than happy to talk directly about it. If she is told about a complaint to do with another psychic, she acts professionally and refers the complainant to discuss it with the psychic they consulted, directly via phone or email to resolve it, giving other supportive information and guidance to help as individually relevant and appropriate.

Jacquelene takes a great deal of care to convey the messages she receives from spirit for you, through a variety of means open to her. However the responsibility of your life choices is, as should reasonably be expected, yours and yours alone to make. Logically, those decisions you make and their accompanying actions can affect your outcomes in life... And while Jacquelene receives lots of positive feedback from clients about events that later came to pass, she can't do your life for you nor be blamed for outcomes you created by doing things that were self destructive, harmful to others, or negatively impacting on your opportunities.

In February 2007 I came to you for a private reading at Melbourne. That reading was an amazing experience for me. It also helped me with my sons who you read "to a tee" from their birth dates. Your advice was that it was urgent that I gathered my sons together (two in QLD and one in Auckland, NZ). I managed to get all three in Melbourne over a weekend to reconnect with each other as we were all adrift. This was an amazing experience for all of us. We see our "paths" a little clearer.

The picture and the rest of the reading was waiting for me when I arrived home last night. And I am absolutely delighted and thrilled!! It is beautiful. The first thing I did on opening the postpak was to unroll the picture. I knew immediately, without reading the explanation exactly what the image was communicating, you tuned into my energy precisely.
When I did read the second part of my reading I was quite amazed. I had requested devic energy. You described in detail a place which reoccurs constantly for me in visualisations, meditations and dreams. I have always assumed this place was a soul-sanctuary for me and very possibly somewhere that I have been very familiar with previously....you confirmed that for me. Sometimes it changes slightly to include another person or perhaps a house or animal or other energy but always the basic landscape is the same. The inclusion of the crystal and the feathers are a treasure. I plan to do something special with them.

“I first met Jacquelene in March 1998. At the time, I was a seriously ‘blocked’ artist, seeking a way to chip a hole through that block. Actually, I really couldn’t call myself an artist since I hadn’t done any for over seven years. As a child, I had drawn with intensity, anything and everything that was important in my world. Later on I put aside this love in my adolescent self-consciousness.
When I was twenty two, I studied art at University, but found the whole learning quite dry, so after completing my degree, I again put it aside. Still I always felt a nudging, yearning to be doing art, that it was something I was meant to be doing. I seemed to be developing arthritis in my left (writing) hand. When I met Jacquelene, on of the foremost things I felt I couldn’t do was draw. She encouraged me to draw from the heart and to trust in bringing forth what my intuition was telling me. All of this was very new to me, as in my own mind I had always viewed art as a largely intellectual experience. In the first class with Jacquelene, it wasn’t an image that came out, but words: “Love is the way in.” Jacquelene’s style of teaching involved often going into a meditation to seek a picture. In this case, spirit gave me these words, which seemed to be an invitation to explore the unknown.
During the first few classes, it was very much about letting love and trust in, as my fear of drawing would come up again and again. Jacquelene would explain that it wasn’t about doing it ‘right,’ but more about letting the process unfold.
I began to do work that often surprised me, sometimes frustrated me, but always led me on a journey into a deeper part of myself. Over several months, I began to do work I never dreamed I could do, but always secretly wanted to, Images of people and animals with mythical stories came out of my unconscious and onto the paper. I learned to delight in colour and still do. I felt like I was reconnecting to the child in me, who had loved to draw, to express her inner world. Since then I have continued to make art and it is like a whole creative path, unfolding before me. Sometimes I still get frustrated by my perceived lack of ability, but I know that I can continue through that. The journey Is always continuing…”
