​Let us know by reply text asap on 0439488558 if you : - 

• Cannot read any of the links on the confirmation text.
• Can't pay your deposit today, if so, when you will be paying it.
• Are coming as 2 or more in a group of people having readings on the same day, your appointments can potentially be conducted consecutively so there is no wait between readings. Additionally, there may be a limit on number of people that can be allowed in the one reading room at the one time. Enquire for clarification.
• Need to make any changes to your booking.
• Are confused as and the time and date on your appointment confirmation isn't what you thought it should be, text letting us know when you thought you were booking it for.
  We will do what we can.
• If you want an earlier appointment in case any cancellations come up, you can go on the wait list, only AFTER paying your deposit or for your original appointment. Include your preferences for earlier bookings in that text.

​A separate and very important confirmation (pending deposit)  text / mms message will come to you from 0439 488 558  to the mobile number you gave when booking.
That text will come to you as time permits, between client appointments. That text / mms has links to this page, as well as giving links to location and directions information, and what to bring and expect, and a note to new clients.  Ensure you reply to that text message.
