How to book by text -
1. Check the availability online on the "Book Appointment" button above
2. MMS 0439488558 between 9am and 9pm Monday to Friday requesting an appointment at the location, date, time and for the relevant service you prefer and as relevant at the location selected and showing as available online.
Note: - Jacquelene returns enquiry calls in between appointments and other commitments to : - weekly radio, writing, community, editor deadlines, and other projects.
Once your specific appointment time request is replied to with a confirmation pending deposit, then as soon as possible or within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation mms pending payment, then....
3. Make you online payment from the below choices as relevant and then send an mms back to 0439488558 with your receipt screenshot or receipt number.
Is your paypal or stripe ID name different to the name you booked under? If yes, please clarify this in your communications because we have to manually match your payment to your booking, your payment online is not automatically matched by a computer for bookings that have been made by text or phone.
See the instructions below and send your request as soon as possible.
4. You appointment is now confirmed, thank you, Jacquelene looks forward to meeting you.
Note Jacquelene can only reply between clients and inside her working hours, Friday to Tuesday.

If you are sending a payment and don't yet have a booking time, note times available may change without notice.

Note if you have or are going to book using the online booking calendar, you will need to pay online in that system at the time of booking.

If for any reason you need to change your appointment or postpone, please let us know as soon as possible, or within 48 hours before your booking.
Understanding is shown for appointment changes within reason, especially if you are suddenly unwell and need to change your appointment as a result.
However, if at any time in the first few minutes of a private, single new client reading booking in Victoria, you or Jacquelene decide not to proceed any further, the deposit is of course cheerfully refunded. ***
After the first few obligation free minutes, you only pay for the amount of time utilized depending on which type of session was booked.
***For group bookings, full payment in advance secures your booking, and applies to Jacquelene appearing at your event, as Jacquelene will have declined other work in order to appear at your event.

That can't reasonably happen if have never seen Jacquelene before and you call at 430pm asking for a booking for "this afternoon," and you don't really care who you see.
