In Brief:-
In a predictive reading, Jacquelene leaves an hour aside, and for new clients, the first few minutes are a character and energy reading which is obligation free. If you do not relate to what has been said in the first few minutes, a refund of any deposit paid if happily given. Jacquelene very rarely feels the need to end a session that quickly. When you stay longer than the first few minutes, you only pay for the amount of time you choose to use, up to one hour.  
 
You also choose which areas you would like covered, as your value for time is Jacquelene’s focus, this is also done so that you feel comfortable and discuss what you need, and so that you gain the most out of your reading that is possible at the time. ​

You are encouraged speak up if you are not understanding what is said, or require clarification, as once you leave your appointment, Jacquelene will not recall your reading, and often doesn't recall clients, as a matter of remaining fresh for each reading, and so that all details remain completely confidential.

Time :
ALLOW up to 1 hr.  
New clients are booked for 45 minutes. Prior existing clients can return for a 30 minute, 45 minute,  or 1 hour booking as suits them best.

You need to provide a correct mobile contact number that you can be reached on.
Why should I have to text Jacquelene after making a booking? Why aren't appointments  confirmed by email?
In order for Jacquelene to phone you for your booked phone call reading, or to be able to call you if you're running late for an in person appointment or lost on your way there, you need to have provided the correct mobile number for her to contact you on.
Makes sense, right? No? okay, feel welcome to read on, here then....

Covid 19 changed added costs and risks involved in in person appointments, the changes in technology and costs related to calls over time has also changed significantly. To reflect these factors, Jacquelene has flipped the old fee system from a higher rate for phone and video calls and lower face to face fees to the opposite way around. 


TOOLS:-
Jacquelene may work with one, some, or any of the following tools, but not limited to those listed below, depending largely, upon your energy at the time of your reading appointment... Automatic writing, Auras, Chakras, Colours, Animal Totems, Spirit Guides and Angelic Realms, Clairvoyance,
Clairaudience, Clairsentience, (and so on), tarot, palmistry, numerology, astrology (East and West- or Chi Element Balance, where appropriate and where correct birth data is given and you request astrology with sufficient notice and agreement in advance), psychometry, past lives, crystals, colors, kabbala, remote viewing, tea cup reading, photo face reading or guidance about healing and empowerment rituals.
 
Many of Jacquelene's city, and South Yarra based clients are focused on directness and accuracy and specifically do not want to connect with passed over loved ones due to cultural considerations. This is why mediumship may possibly happen in a reading, but does not happen in every reading. See this link for more about mediumship. If you do want to connect with passed over loved ones in a predictive readings, understand Jacquelene does not control your passed over loved ones whereabouts. Sometimes spirits that come to you are not who you asked for but are those who have an important message. If wanting much more of a "spiritual energy reading" or "spiritual direction / mentoring" kind of reading, please indicate this at the time of first making contact, and when making your booking...And consult Jacquelene at South Yarra, or order a spirit art reading by post. 

Every psychic works differently, Jacquelene prefers to work efficiently while caring about your outcomes. Jacquelene can get through a lot in an hour if you are prepared, and Jacquelene is focused on grounded, practical applications of her spirituality, and as such doesn't just take you on a random journey through her skill set in readings, instead preferring to focus on the areas you would want and need covered. It's your time, and your reading after all.
  
What to bring  

• Photos of other living people, pets, houses or other as relevant.  Please ensure their eyes can be seen.  Please be selective and realistic about how many people per photo and how many photos you want covered if you also expect other areas or questions covered in your reading.
  Photos can be on phone or photo prints, please avoid printing "to fit" an A4 page, it distorts the image, the energy, and it isn't at all helpful.
  
  
• If you want to connect with a passed over loved one within a predictive reading with Jacquelene, bring along their photo, and written down name, date of birth and death. There is a lot more that can be symbolically in those dates than you might imagine. if you want a medium reading instead, click here.  Note that connection with the specific passed over loved one you want to connect with cannot reasonably be guaranteed by anyone. And who comes through might not be who you asked for. 
  
  
• Business cards and flyers as relevant.
  
  
• Questions or topic areas kept and noted
  
  
• Written down Names and Dates of birth of others you want insight about or help to understand how to relate better with... Often people are amazed how they forgot people's names and dates of birth of those closet to them in the middle of an appointment. No doubt, you are thinking as you read this, and you are thinking that it won't happen to you. You wouldn't believe how many have said they read this, thought it couldn't  possibly happen to them, then it happens in their booking, and they talk about having read this, having doubted it, and then ... boom... surprise. 
  A lot of information and insight is given and quickly, but in a caring manner, there is a lot of energy also clearing and healing in an appointment, and this is why it can be overwhelming to try to ALSO remember dates of birth, at the same time. Please write it down instead, and audio record your appointment.
  
  
• Your phone in flight mode
  Please put your phone in flight mode / aeroplane mode before coming into your appointment. If your phone is ringing, even on silent, then your audio recording of the reading via your phone will most likely cut the recording out (depending on your phone brand). 
  It is also one more distraction or interruption in your hour with Jacquelene that was dedicated to you. It is your choice how you utilise your time in your appointment, but constant interruptions to any communication will diminish the clarity you might feel about how much you can take in and what you are hearing, depending on how fully present you are being. 
  
  
• Audio recording 
  Your smart phone or audio recording device is welcome to audio record while on flight mode.
  But, no video recording is allowed, ever.
  If you own a smart phone, the factory default settings will have an audio recorder already inbuilt.
  Depending on your device, your phone's inbuilt audio recording app will be called "Voice notes" or "voice recorder" or "Voice Memos" It is not "Voice search" ever.
  Your phone's audio recording app will be located under either "Extras" or "Utiliites" or just under your general apps.
  Please find this and learn how to use your phone and its audio recorder or other audio recording device you choose to bring before your appointment... Especially if you arrive early, and hope to be seen for your appointment earlier, only to ask us how to use your phone to record.
  Jacquelene is often busy finishing with the last client, or replying messages, emails, phone calls, as well as clearing her energy before coming to open the door for your appointment time.  
  
  Can't find your audio recorder on your phone?
  If you require help utilising your phone, please see your nearest teenager/ millennial, or the seller you bought your phone from - before coming to your booking with Jacquelene - so that more of your reading appointment time is actually spent providing your reading.
  
  But, if you arrive and require help from Jacquelene to locate your voice recording apps for you, Jacquelene can usually do that, unless you deleted the app and now require to reinstall it. Jacquelene will not do that for you. 
  Why doesn't Jacquelene provide CDs or tapes? Jacquelene used to provide audio cassette tapes back in the olden days when everyone had a cassette player. With the advent of more modern technology, anyone can record anywhere, and any time using their phone.
  CDs are not used by everyone these days, they take a lot of time and effort to produce after your reading is over and to then post to you - risks breaks in confidentiality as they would have to be posted in the mail, and more importantly, it stops the reading from simply being cut off at the conclusion of your booking.
