A separate and vital confirmation (pending deposit) text / mms message will come to you from 0439 488 558 on the mobile number you gave when booking, or it may, during holiday periods need to come to you via email.
Without it you might not find the location of your booking, or know how to make the most of your appointment.

- If you can't pay your deposit straight away, let us know when you can.
- As some people are more computer savvy than others, if the time and date on your appointment confirmation isn't what you thought it should be, text us letting us know when you thought you were booking it for.
- Any changes you might want to make
- If you want an earlier appointment if any cancellations come up, you can go on the wait list, only AFTER paying your deposit for your original appointment. Include your preferences in that text.

- It might not be possible for Jacquelene to text or call the same day as you booked online.
- If you have sent your reply text same day as booking, your appointment will be held for you until Jacquelene can call you back, so long as you are not avoiding multiple calls made to you by Jacquelene.
- Jacquelene generally calls from a private/ blocked number due to privacy concerns for her clients.
- If you do not respond to Jacquelene's pending confirmation text, or attempts to call and text you, then your appointment will - as a necessity of time restraints - risk being lost without further attempts by Jacquelene to contact you.
- Jacquelene does not presently accept incoming calls to 0439 488 558, but she calls you back personally - as time permits - usually only Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays - and between full time client appointments, media commitments, commuting between cities, and the occasional day off, or time spent with family.
- Fridays are fairly impossible for Jacquelene to call you back or respond due to pre-booked appointments all day and evening most Fridays, AND presenting a live weekly worldwide psychic show (almost EVERY Friday year round, Australian time, Thursdays evenings USA time).
- The 1300 number call staff cannot take credit card payments over the phone, but if you aren't able to send a text, do feel welcome to leave a message with call staff on the 1300 number with best times for Jacquelene to call you back. Jacquelene may send an initial text reply before calling you back, and she avoids lengthy conversations before reading appointments in order to begin a reading with as little prior information about you as possible and within reason.
