Jacquelene is immunocompromised, and at times Jacquelene consults for people who are also immunocompromised, so for this reason, you are asked to bring and wear a mask to your booking for an in person private appointment with Jacquelene.
If you cannot wear a mask due to medical reasons, please consider changing your appointment to video or phone appointment or at her next public expo appearance. See the tour page for dates for locations nearest to you.
For in person private appointments, you are asked to consider everyone's health and safety ( yours, Jacquelene's, and all other visitors and clients) when booking and that you be truthful about your situation, concerns, and symptoms before and during your appointment.
Why and when to change or cancel due to illness :
A 48 hour cancellation notice applies to bookings, however If any covid or flu like symptoms apply to you now or over the last 7 days, please text 0439488558 asap to notify of this.
A 48 hour cancellation notice applies to bookings, however, allowances are made for changes due to :
You or Jacquelene having any illness, whether Covid or flu symptoms or exposure to someone with covid or flu like symptoms.
If you are unwell, especially with covid or flu like symptoms.
You having arrived at your pre-booked appointment and do not wish to proceed under the terms on this page, at the time of your booking.
If any of these occur, we can :
Change your booking to a video call or phone booking for the same time, or an alternate time or date,
Reschedule for an in person booking, or you can gift your booking to someone else and notify Jacquelene of the change.
Cancel the booking, note, Jacquelene also reserves the right to not proceed with a booking for any reason, even upon your attending her office. While extremely rare to happen, if this is the case, Jacquelene will cheerfully, immediately refund your full payment by the same means it was paid.
If changing to a phone or video call booking :
Phone and video call appointments attract a lower fee. So, if you had booked an in person appointment and are changing it to a phone or video booking, any resulting paid overpaid balance will be refunded to you where relevant. In person appointments with Jacquelene attract a higher fee as Jacquelene is immunocompromised and taking a higher risk to herself in consulting you in person, which is why In person appointments are charged at a higher rate, and why phone and video call bookings rates were lowered in January 2020.

Social Distancing in one to one in person bookings :
Social distancing is practised throughout in person appointments.
In person appointments are considered to be for one person attending at a time.
If you require someone to come into your appointment with you and sit with you during your booking, you will need to request this at least 48 hours or 2 business days in advance, whichever is longer, as a larger office will have to be booked and hired to accommodate this.

- Masks are not required in video call appointments. Masks are not required in phone call appointments.
- Masks are not required at public events in convention centres where you are having your reading from Jacquelene in an audience, or at Jacquelene's expo stand.
