Jacquelene is always happy to hear feedback from genuine clients who have utilized her services. If Jacquelene is told by a client about a genuine complaint about her work, she is more than happy to talk directly about it. If she is told about a complaint to do with another psychic, she acts professionally and refers the complainant to discuss it with the psychic they consulted, directly via phone or email to resolve it, giving other supportive information and guidance to help as individually relevant.  She is open to honest discussion, and in that intention, she actively encourages clients to speak up during sessions before the reading even starts, so that if they don't understand something or wish to challenge it, they can do so then and there, as well as asking whether all topics were covered to their satisfaction during and at the conclusion of the session. That allows the client to feel they can freely express themselves in that space. Successful readings are all about equal respect and rapport really. She reserves the right to decline a booking at any point in proceedings.
