Reception staff can answer basic enquiries and make most bookings with you via phone, they can also take your messages while Jacquelene is in appointments.
​The first few minutes of any new client's reading is after all obligation free, and given without detailed information given by you except your date of birth as a kind of "permission slip" to read for you. This also stops Jacquelene from reading every single random person she might pass by in the cheese isle of the supermarket and helps keep her boundaries and work with clients fresh and clear when in appointments.

Jacquelene avoids lengthy phone interactions with new and potential clients as she can know too much about you within the first 30 seconds of the call beginning that would cause her to decline your request to book a reading, based on people telling her too much about themselves.

Jacquelene personally replies to emails as time permits, between client appointments, commuting between cities while on tour,  between public event and media appearances, and the occasional day off or time spent with family. At times, a personal assistant may answer in her place due to time constraints where A personal reply from Jacquelene is not possible within a reasonable period of time.

Jacquelene manually creates and sends booking confirmations, payment processing and the like, as time permits also.
