If you are arriving for your booked appointment between 830am and 5pm : Text  as above on your arrival to the 31st floor reception area, and take a seat. At your appointment time, Jacquelene will come and get you and bring you to her individual office on this shared floor. 

If you are arriving for your booked appointment out of hours and weekend appointments : If you have a before or after hours or weekend appointment, text as above on arrival to the front of the building or in the foyer, and Jacquelene will come down to get you and let you into the building or up the lift as relevant. As the office building is only open the general public during business hours.

Which building? See the photograph to the right if you are on your laptop, or below if you are viewing this on your phone. ​There is a cafe (during weekdays) on the ground floor inside 120 Collins Street, which is near the corner of Russell Street.

Secure paid parking is within two blocks. Ensure you leave enough time to get to park and get to your appointment.

Note, reception staff at this location cannot process cash payments if you walk in off the street to pay a deposit.
