Secure paid parking is within two blocks. Ensure you leave enough time to get to park and get to your appointment. 
Building entry points
During Building improvement works to the ground and first level , the current two entry points to the building are at :
Corner of Russell Street And Little Collins Street, and  The Rear of the building at Little Collins Street
Arriving during office hours :
(Lifts operate to the public Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm)
Go to Level 31 
Go through the double glass doors directly next to the lifts.
Take a seat at reception on level 31
Text that you have arrived to 0439488558
Jacquelene will bring you to her private consulting office for your appointment.
Arriving outside office hours  : 
Cannot enter the building?
Go to the entry on Little Collins Street, send a text to 0439488558. Jacquelene will come down 

In the building, but can't get up the lift?
Stand in the lift lobby for lifts numbered 28 - 39, text, 0439488558 and Jacquelene will come down.

Jacquelene has had an office on Collins Street since 2004, and continues to consult from Melbourne CBD by prior arrangement only.
Note, reception staff at this location do not process payments and cannot accept cash if you walk in off the street.​

If you have booked and paid in the online booking calendar system, you do not need to do anything else now except read the confirmation mms (and its links) which will be manually created and sent to you as time permits between bookings. Please read the links to prepare in advance of your booking.
