Texts
Can be sent to 0439488558 9- 9 Monday to Friday, 9 -5 Saturdays, or if you have an appointment same day and need to make contact about it prior to your arrival.
This number is not for incoming phone calls.
If you send a text, you will receive a text reply usually, unless there is time for Jacquelene to personally call you. Replies might not be possible same day especially if Jacquelene is working all day and evening in client appointments, media committments, or is commuting domestically or internationally.
Emails
Can be sent via the contact page, replies may take a few days, dependent on other bookings, commitments and media arrangements.

If you reach voicemail during office hours, please either send a text or call the office number back instead to speak directly with the reception staff, once they are off the phone with the last caller.
Note as Jaquelene is working full time in consults for clients, she can only respond to voice mails, texts, and emails in between all other client, media, and public appearance commitments. That isn't always the same day.
If you require to make a booking as quickly as possible, please book online or send a text.
Please be patient for a response, same day bookings are rare but possible - if there are any last minute cancellations- if you make contact between 7am and 9am, but become even less likely the later in the day that you call.

If you have left a voice message and Jacquelene has not replied, it can be because :
Maintaining your privacy
In offering complete privacy and being discreet, Jacquelene does her best to prevent the escalation of any domestic or other violence or concern you may be having with other people. While Jacquelene usually uses a private number to call you in order to maintain your privacy, if you are specifically concerned about someone else seeing our phone numbers on your incoming calls, please either book online, or ask for notes to be placed in your appointment screen so we ensure that we ONLY call you using a blocked, private number.
If you book by phone, a text message confirmation of your bookings is sent to your mobile number from a number which will show up along with details of your appointment booking. If you prefer not to receive a confirmation text, please book online,
When Jacquelene blocks numbers from being able to call or text her
Everyone deserves respect. And, while all genuine enquiries are responded to as best we can, on very, very rare occasions, Jacquelene blocks numbers from abusive callers, or callers who leave lengthy and irrelevant or inappropriate messages.

- Your message details and phone number were not clear and audiable on the message, and as your number if blocked and private she can't hit automatic redial on your message.
- The number you called from was blocked or set to private in addition to your voicemail not being clear enough.
- You left an extremely long message that doesn't seem to relate to anything that is within Jacquelene's scope of services to offer you.
