Jacquelene helps you uncover strengths and attributes specific to you so you can reach your target audience, by first identifying your unique credentials and traits. Jacquelene also believes in leading by example, by not asking staff to do things she wasn’t prepared to do herself.
Jacquelene has along the way developed the ability to understand the attitudes, behaviours and character of the company CEO by just observing the receptionist momentarily, and nowadays, can do it by just looking at a name, a business card, a photo. Jacquelene also believes that success isn’t only the bottom line but also whether you are on good terms with and have the mutual respect of all of your organisation from your cleaner right through to your senior management team. WHAT TO EXPECT
In a business reading, Jacquelene leaves an hour aside, and for new clients, the first few minutes are a character and energy reading. We then cover the areas relating to your business that most concern you. Value for time is Jacquelene’s focus.
BRING Photos or business cards of offices, staff, properties, or other as relevant.
Remember to bring noted questions and dates of birth of any people pertinent to your reading, Jacquelene often moves quickly
in readings, if you "go blank" about that those details it can delay the contents of the reading.

A WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE
At age 18, Jacquelene was working in a fortune 500 company and was one of 52 staff selected within the company Australia wide to complete a two year intensive fulltime management cadetship program including a two year university course and inhouse company management training. At the conclusion of the program, Jacquelene was one of only 26 staff to graduate.
At age 19, while still completing her management cadetship, Jacquelene became part of a roving performance management team consisting of five accomplished managers sent on assignment by head office to outlets to improve stores as required. The team would either performance manage, transfer personnel, or perform change management as needed. At age 21, still within the same company, Jacquelene was in charge of recruitment and training at her outlet. Her outlet ranked top 5% within Asia Pacific stores for staff training and competency, and in the top 30% of Asia Pacific outlets for Profit. Jacquelene’s outlet also won area and regional awards for point of sale promotional marketing.
After this, Jacquelene spent a number of years opening and operating successful start-up businesses, working within community groups, as well as starting, running, and being involved in successful media projects. Some of her media projects gained international guests, recognition, and respect within her field.
In her last corporate posting to date, Jacquelene worked in a company as Global Field Force Recruitment officer and she started with 5,000 subcontractors in 3 countries and increased the field force capacity to 20,000 subcontractors in 11 countries in just over 14 months.
Jacquelene and her department of five staff :-
Revolutionised a paper and hand mail postal system and cold call recruitment system into a fully online, web - based recruitment, induction, training, assigning, reporting, and communications system, that attracted more motivated, efficient subcontractors with a 24 hour turn around
Controlled and conducted the media planning, and national blanket recruitment advertising campaigns in 11 countries at once
Controlled and published periodical newsletters for subcontractors across the global workforce
In this position, Jacquelene sat on the company's board of managers, reported directly to the CEO and owner, and travelled solo internationally on behalf of the company, training agents in the field. Jacquelene did this without any business or related degree.
