What to expect in your reading:-
- The first 2 to 5 minutes of new
client readings
whether face to face or phone are obligation free. If, as a new client, you do not relate to
or understand what has been said in that time you are more than welcome to
leave freely. If after that time you stay for part of or up to the full hour
you pay in accordance with the amount time you have continued the
appointment. You can also speak and ask questions at any time in the reading if you do not
understand or relate to what we have said as it may be that the manner in
which we have communicated a point that needs clarification. Note Jacquelene has not had to remove anyone on
account of a lack of accuracy, however she has removed a small number of
clients on the
basis of inappropriate behaviour. For a reading to be successful both parties
must feel comfortable and have equality in the session, otherwise it won't
matter who you are sitting in front of, the reading will not work.
- Jacquelene leaves aside an hour for you, however you
choose as you go along how long you want your reading to continue for, as
sometimes Jacquelene covers all matter quite quickly and concisely. Some people
however may choose and require longer and up to the hour. Jacquelene does not extend
appointments over the hour unless these are for emergency or pre-booked clearings or healings.
- You can tape your readings with Jacquelene by
bringing along your own recording device should you wish.
- You have readings via phone, post, or email where you move overseas or are otherwise unable to have an appointment
during the hours that your choice of reader is available at the location you
would like to see them at.
- Jacquelene feels that Medium-ship readings are for
closure not entertainment. If spirits with a personal connection to you are present
at the time of the reading, their message will be conveyed automatically
without prompting. However she greatly respects the rest and peace of those passed and
will not bring information you have already had covered elsewhere or
repeatedly for purposes other than confirmation if it is required and guided.
- Photos are a great thing to bring along to
your reading with Jacquelene but only bring up to three as the hour goes
quickly.
- Your own time, date and place of
birth can be helpful, and first names and dates of birth of other people you
want read are a preference, as much energy is locked within a person's name
and date of birth.
- You have the power to change most
foreseen outcomes in your life, whether towards a desired and successful
conclusion or to an undermining effect. Jacquelene does not take over your life or your choices
for you.
- Increasing the number of readings you have about a topic does not change the topic's outcome, your actions and life choices do - Increasing the number of readings and seeing different readers about the same topic can however cloud your mind, energy, and the message you are to receive. You can then lead yourself in an increasingly confused direction. Jacquelene expects you to take all due care and responsibility for yourself and your own life choices, rather than dependently relying and placing sole responsibility for your life upon her or any other person.

Jacquelene works with a combination of tools, and our and your guides, as well as Light Energy in readings.
Jacquelene interprets the reading through our perceptions, energies, our and your guides. She also provides the message spirit wishes to convey through her to you at this time and in the manner through which she is guided to give you that information.
Jacquelene in no way professes to take control of your life for you. You have the ultimate choice and free will to change the course of events in your life through your own decisions and actions. ("If it is to be it is up to me.")
Readings are for guidance purposes only, to assist and support you in making your own choices. Jacquelene takes all care to provide you the best reading possible, but the responsibility for you life is completely up to you.
- For a predictive reading:-Feel free to bring to your appointment-
Your own audio recording device,
your own date, time and place of birth,
names and dates of birth of relevant people,
up to three photos or business cards of other living people
and any questions you might have.
The first few minutes will be a character and energy reading, from there we can cover any area you wish to look at. It is a good idea to have a reason for seeking a reading and questions in mind, which you are free to ask during your session which can go as long or as short as you like up to one hour. It is not encouraged for you to bring along a friend as intimate details of your present, past, and future may come up in ways you would prefer to remain private, unless you are booking a couples reading.
- For a medium reading:- Feel free to bring to your appointment-
A photo of the person who has passed over that you wish to connect with.
Jacquelene completes medium-ship readings either up to 40 days after the person passed or not again until at least 12 months after they have passed, preferably not on the day to the year that they have passed.
Jacquelene herself had a near death experience as a young child and has a close connection with spirit since early childhood. She has helped many families with passed over loved ones to find closure, however, you will need to pre request and book this service when booking your appointment. Jacquelene goes about medium readings in a different way to predictive readings, as Jacquelene believes "prediction is about looking forward into the living future, and medium readings are looking back to those passed over." - For a psychic art reading:-
South Yarra:- Aura drawing and reading only.
Whittlesea only:- Animal guides, angels, Auras, earth energies/geomancy, divic energies, spirit guides, masters, talismans, soul tarot images and soul imagery all with readings. You can bring a tape to record your reading. Allow up to 1.5 hours, as determined by Jacquelene at the time.
- For a personal healing and / or clearing:-
Energy healing and clearings to break negative energy patterns, clear emotional or etheric blockages, and for greater calm and peace of mind. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Allow up to 1.5 hours. - For a Space clearing for home, office, shop, factory or construction site:-
Jacquelene one of her team will meet you at the appointed time at your location, please have the site clear and with unhindered access. We may require you present or may require that you leave the premises while we work. More instructions will be available on arrival. Please allow at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
