Business, corporate experience- Jacquelene’s first business was as a preschooler when enthusiastically making mud pies. Since 1988 however, Jacquelene has gained extensive experience and professional education as a group facilitator, leader and trainer for businesses large and small. In one post as a business leader at only 20 years of age, her site which was the busiest outlet in Victoria was listed in the top 5% for training and top 30% for profit out of the company's Australia-Pacific retail outlets. She also created, developed, and established a highly successful painting and decorating business in 1995, taking the last $70 of the family’s grocery money one week and turned it into a business with a 130K turnover in under twelve months yet had no advertising whatsoever. She left this business to her partner, having fulfilled her task of creating a viable business, in order to pursue greater adventures. Her next and her largest business posting to date was as Global Recruitment Manager, head of a department responsible for recruiting, training and communications for 20,000 sub-contractors, recruiting national workforces in up to ten countries simultaneously for a global customer service improvement organization. She traveled solo internationally on business for the company to train specialized field agents. She was also a member of the company's board of managers, and reported directly to the company C.E.O. and owner. Amongst her other demands, she was responsible for creating entirely new systems and procedures in order to commence the company’s new and especially assigned field-force recruitment management department. Her department revolutionized company methods of recruitment, induction, training, communications, and reporting, taking this from a lengthy paper-based process to an entirely web based system. This transformed the recruitment process alone from an average of 6 weeks per new employee to a 24 hour turnaround. After these changes, her department successfully processed a previously unheard of 50,000 job applications globally in under three months. 

Training- A leader from an early age, Jacquelene was awarded in high school for her art work, and made "bus captain" in charge of a bus load full of P1 - 12 students who surprisingly decided not to be all that rowdy on her watch...a few years later she was one of only 52 staff in a global company chosen from a large Australian national staff base to be promoted and inducted into an intense two year in-company management cadetship program. Jacquelene was the first to graduate nationally. She graduated as one of only two Victorian cadets to complete the intense management training program out of 5 Victorian cadets selected two years prior. Over the two year period of training and full time work for the company as leader and training manager, she she completed her Supervision Certificate with a with a distinction. The course also included Counselling Training amongst other areas such as Basic Supervision, Communication for Supervisors and Industrial Supervision. over the same period, Jacquelene completed various management and leadership in house training courses such as:- Instructional Techniques Training, Store Management Training System, Management Skills Training and Time and Stress Management.

In Space Clearing and healing, he works with spirit and energies that guide him in addition to the ancestors, earth energies, angels, and other higher vibration energies.

He combines a variety of wisdom, skills, and knowledge from a range of ancient traditions with which he has interacted and through which he has been formally trained.  Originally from Dublin Ireland, he has had a strong connection with spirit and intuition since early childhood. He has in his lifetime travelled the world and studied a variety of spiritual, meditation, and philosophical disciplines.  

Thomas’s training started as a child and has not stopped. He started by learning to read tea leaves as taught by his grandmother when he was a young boy. He also spent long periods while growing up amongst the customs and traditions of true traditional Romanian gypsies who were living in Ireland at the time. As a growing young man he spent three years in training with the Franciscan monks. He later trained further with Australian Indigenous Elders, and a Maori Medicine woman as well as various meditation groups, and has studied comparative religions in great detail.

Thomas has also in his lifetime spent a couple of years as a hermit living purely from the land in the Australian outback as a part of his spiritual growth and enlightenment process. He returned from that sabbatical to help a broad range of clients utilizing a variety methods ranging from counselling, readings, healing, space clearing and teaching. 

Thomas is also a 6^th generation solid plasterer, coming from a family building company in Ireland which built homes from start to finish the foundations to the paint on the walls and everything in between. Thomas came to Australia and set up his own solid plastering company and was at one time the largest employer of solid plasterers in Victoria, having also restored heritage buildings and supplied rendered finishes to some of Melbourne’s most famous landmarks.

 Thomas was awarded the Editor’s Choice Award from the International Library of Poetry, USA in 1998 for his piece “The Meaning of life.”

Thomas approaches his spiritual work from a place of humility and works with his clients from a point of acceptance, respect, mutual empowerment, and calm.  With a lifetime of experience and working from a perspective of "physician heal thyself" he has at times confounded doctors with his self healing skills. From this perspective of truly being able to practice and walk his talk, Thomas helps you to set yourself free whether in his work in healing, space clearing, readings, or intuitive counselling.
